Product Description：
1. Vehicle Configuration:
- The vehicle is equipped with a spreader as its special device, which is mainly utilized for snow removal on roads during winter.

- Two types of brackets can be selected for installing snow shovels that are only in use during operations.

3. Protection Structure:
- The side protection is made of Q235B. There is an option for side guardrail profiling. It is connected by bolts.
- The rear protection is made of Q345B and is also bolt-connected. The cross-sectional dimension of the rear protection is 80×120 (mm), with an alternative of 180×60 (mm). The height from the ground is 440 mm.
4. Additional Optional Features:
- Optional waist shovels, side shovel hanging racks, and fender styles.
- The cab can be selected according to the chassis. Other optional items for the cab include rear-view mirrors, front lower protection, front masks and lights, cab decals and text stickers, different after-treatment exteriors and protective covers, air reservoir and urea tank exteriors, front fenders, pedals, and spare tire positions.

II. Working Principle
When the snowplow moves forward at high speed, the snow shovel is inclined at ± 30º in the direction of the snowplow's travel, pushing the snow to one side of the snowplow, and the residual snow thickness is not more than 10 mm.
Obstacle avoidance function: The four-bar linkage mechanism avoids obstacles in sections. Each section has the functions of automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic reset. Each small shovel plate is connected to the snow shovel crossbeam by a separate four-bar linkage mechanism; it has the functions of floating and following the road surface profiling; the shovel body adopts a strong box structure that resists bending to ensure high stability; when the shovel body is floating, the snow removal inclination angle of the shovel blade remains unchanged; it has a swing angle mechanical limit function; a pressure sensor and a safety protection device are installed at the upper end of the lifting cylinder to protect the lifting cylinder from impact; an independent hydraulic unit provides power for the action cylinders of the snow shovel and protects the driver's field of vision. The connection between the snow shovel and the chassis vehicle adopts a hanging plate connection system; it is equipped with an independent control box, allowing the driver to operate various actions of the snow shovel in the cab, which is convenient, fast, safe and reliable.
